TELL YOUR STATE SENATOR: Support Legislation to Make Cancer Care Fair in North Carolina

Too many North Carolina cancer patients can’t get access to the treatment they need – without having to pay hundreds, even thousands of dollars out of pocket – simply because the treatment is a pill, rather than an intravenous or other type of chemotherapy.

Our state is one of only seven left in the country where health insurers can refuse to cover oral anti-cancer medication with a fixed, manageable copay. The NC Cancer Treatment Fairness Act (HB 206) would finally end this practice and allow cancer patients to effectively treat their condition.

Send a letter to your State Senator urging them to support this critical legislation to make cancer care fair in North Carolina.

Give cancer patients the treatment they need
